Book with ease

1. When you are satisfied with your holiday itinerary/package offer, we will re-confirm its availability.

2. Once availability is confirmed, we will send a booking form & attach our terms and conditions – these can be sent either by post, fax and most commonly by e-mail as a Word document.

3. The booking form needs to be read, completed and signed. You’ll be asked to send this back to Vamos travel. Either by FAX or POST. We cannot accept e-mail, as we need a hard copy of your signature.

4. We will require a deposit per person to secure the booking.

5. The remaining balance must be completed 8 weeks before departure. If you book within the 8 weeks prior to departure date, then the full balance must be paid.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Cheques payable to ‘Vamos Travel ltd’ and on-line bank transfers to our Barclay’s account is also accepted. Download our booking form to read further information. Click for a booking form.

For large group bookings and corporate bookings, we expect the group organiser to gather in the money from the relevant party members and make payment for the deposit/full balance. We understand the difficulties of this procedure, so your individual account manager will correspond with the accounts department, to make sure you have enough time & flexibility to get the money in on time. For smaller groups we can accept individual payments.

We don’t charge an administration fee for changes to your itinerary, but you will have to pay for the additional services you book and any additional costs that occur to the changes of your booking.

There are no hidden costs or extra taxes when booking a holiday with Vamos Travel. We tell you the full price upfront before you commit to the booking.
