Hotel President is a four star hotel located on its own peninsula 10 minutes drive from the Old Town. The hotel offers a plethora of facilities including swimming pool, private beach, table tennis, mini golf, tennis, water skiing, pedalos, massage, outdoor cafés, fitness room, hair salon and gift shop. Each room is equipped with a/c, sat TV, minibar, telephone, en-suite bathroom and terrace. We recommend a half board basis at the President as the restaurant is excellent. Hotel Lapad

Hotel Lapad is a three star hotel that offers 380 beds in 194 rooms. Each room has a shower, toilet, telephone and SAT TV. Standard rooms in the older wing of the hotel don’t have a/c. The superior rooms in the new wing all have a/c and some rooms have a balcony (some with a sea side view). The hotel has a large restaurant, aperitif bar and open air swimming pool. There is a reliable and cheap bus connection with the old town and a small boat connection with the harbor, green market and department store. A public beach is situated 600 m approximately from the Hotel. Hotel R is a lovely modern 3 star hotel, which is family owned and run. It is situated on Iva Vojnovica street, in the middle between the Old town and Lapad peninsula only 10 minutes stroll from Dubrovnik’s romantic old town. There is also a public beach only 150m away. Dubrovnik is known as the pearl of the Adriatic and when you visit you will see why. The outer perimetres are guarded by a castle boundary, which juts out into the gorgeous turquoise blue Adriatic Sea. From the castle ramparts you can look over hundreds of pretty red bricked roof tops as well out to the many neighboring islands. The modern day Dubrovnik still retains much of its old character and is listed as a UNESCO’s world heritage site.
