Booking Process & Payment
Q: Can you explain ‘simply’ the booking procedure?
A: Yes. It’s
very straight forward. When you are satisfied with your
holiday itinerary/package offer, we will re-confirm the
availability. Once this is confirmed, we will send a booking
form & attach our terms and conditions – these can be sent
either by post, fax and most commonly by e-mail. We will
require a deposit per person to secure the booking. The
remaining balance must be completed 8 weeks before
departure. If you book within the 8 weeks prior to departure
date, then the full balance must be paid.
Q: Can I secure a holiday by paying a deposit
A: Yes. Read

Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept
all major credit/debit cards. Cheques payable to ‘Vamos
Travel ltd’ and on-line bank transfers to our Barclay’s
account is also accepted. Download our booking form to read
further information.
Q:
Can we pay individually?
A: For large
group bookings and corporate bookings, we expect the group
organiser to gather in the money from the relevant party
members and make payment for the deposit/full balance. We
understand the difficulties of this procedure, so your
individual account manager will correspond with the accounts
department, to make sure you have enough time & flexibility
to get the money in on time. For smaller groups we can
accept individual payments.
Q: Will I have to pay for amendments to the itinerary?
A: We don’t
charge an administration fee, but you will have to pay for
the additional services you book and any additional costs
that occur.
Q: Are there any hidden costs, extra taxes when booking a
Vamos Travel package?
