Why do you think activity
holidays are worth trying?
It is a
stupid question. Just check the pictures and videos about
our active holidays and you will get answer really quickly.
It is healthy, fun, safe, something new,…just positive
things. Ones you will try it you will forget any other ways
of spending your holidays.
What are your favourite
adventure activities to enjoy in Tolmin? And Why?
The best activity for me are the ones on Soča river like
rafting, kayaking, canyoning, hydrospeed, mini
rafting…everything on the river. Land activities are more
boring for me. The unique thing about Soča valley is Soča so
if you come here it is worth trying all activities on the
river.
What are your typical job
roles? Any favourite parts?
That I
take care for my clients and make them happy and satisfied.
How I do it – every guide has it’s own way. My way…come in
Tolmin and you will see it. I can promise you that you will
be satisfied. When clients are happy, I am happy.
Best memory during your time
working in adventure holidays in Slovenia?
Meet new
cool people (specially beautiful women) and spend time with
them. Trying to present Slovenia and Slovenians in the best
possible way. If I see smiles on my client’s face I am the
happiest guide.
3 words (only) to describe
the Soca Valley & the Tolmin region?
Beautiful, more beautiful, the most beautiful
Slovenia is the only country
to have the ‘Love’ in its name, but why do you love
Slovenia?
Slovenia
is nice and beautiful so it is not hard to love it. It has
the most beautiful nature, people and it has rich history.
The diversity of Slovenia is unique – in 20000 km2 you can
find sea, high mountains, flat parts…everything.
The greatest debate of them all. What
is the best Slovenian beer. Lasko or Union?
Beer is
beer – the greatest drinks of all. It is not important if it
is Laško or Union just that it is cold.
What do you
like about Slovenian food? Any favourite dishes?
Slovenian food is healthy, tasteful and simple. We eat a lot
of pasta, meet, fresh veggies…just goodness. My favourite
dish is pasta with everything.
Any other remarks?
Just
come in Slovenia and you will quickly realize that it is the
most beautiful country in the world specially the western
part.
